Managing your own accounts — agency client accounts, your own stores, your own team seats — with clean separation between them. Follow this checklist to keep accounts isolated and bans away.
1. One isolated profile per account
Every account gets its own separate browser profile. Never run two accounts in the same profile. Name each profile after the account it belongs to, so you never open the wrong one by mistake. Keep work profiles and personal browsing in different profiles.
2. One proxy per profile
Attach one dedicated proxy to each profile, and use that proxy only for that profile. Never share a single proxy across multiple profiles at the same time. If a proxy stops working or gets flagged, replace it for that profile only — do not rotate a flagged proxy onto another profile.
3. Never reuse cookies or profiles across accounts
Do not copy cookies, sessions, or profile data from one account's profile into another's. Do not log into account A inside account B's profile "just this once" — that one login links them. When you finish a session, close the profile; do not leave sessions running across profiles.
4. Warm-up steps for a new profile
Set up the profile completely before first use: proxy attached, profile named, account details ready. Start with light, normal activity in the new profile — browse, read, and use the account the way its real owner would. Increase activity gradually over the first days instead of running a full workload on day one. Do not create several new profiles and log into all of them in the same hour.
5. When an account gets restricted — check these signals
Fingerprint: did anything about the browser setup change (new device, new profile, changed settings)? IP / proxy: is the profile still on its own dedicated proxy, and is that proxy working? Cookies: was the account opened in a different profile, or was session data mixed with another account? Behaviour: did activity spike suddenly, or did several accounts act in the same pattern at the same time? Fix one thing at a time, starting with the signal that changed most recently, and keep notes on what you changed.
6. Daily hygiene habits
Open each account only in its own profile, on its own proxy. Check that no profile is sharing a proxy with another before starting work. Log out cleanly when switching between client accounts. Review restricted or flagged accounts at the end of the day and note the signal that likely caused it.
